Christopher, NH

"This was a truly excellent presentation. I liked the overview of the interplay between Sections 41 and 174. The discussion of the relevant court cases---Missouri, Trinity etc. and how the decisions were integrated into TD 9680 were very insightful. The clarification that "subsequent events" are irrelevant to determining whether a project qualifies were likewise very insightful. We have a client who is building a rather large prototype and we have been relying on the Court Cases so learning about the formal IRS guidance was very helpful."
